Colorado State University
Colorado State University is a land-grant institution, founded as the Colorado Agricultural College in 1870. It has 24,000 resident students from every state and 95 foreign countries. Its Ram sports teams have enjoyed spectacular success over he past few years, particularly with one of the nation's premier football programs. Hughes Stadium, the home of the Rams lies at the base of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, about two miles west of the main campus area.

Old Town Square
Historic downtown Fort Collins boasts local specialty stores and restaurants in an outdoor pedestrian mall. The Historic District is home to numerous events including the annual New West Fest in August and the free Concert Under the Stars summer series.

Foothills Fashion Mall
The Foothills Fashion Mall, with over 100 nationwide retailers and local stores and a tempting food court, offers a variety of exciting shops.

The Budweiser Events Center
The Budweiser Events Center is a state-of-the-art multi-use arena and events center completed in September of 2003 in Larimer County Colorado. It is part of The Ranch, the Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex. The Budweiser Events Center is a 250,000-square-foot events center and is the home to the Colorado Eagles, a professional CHL hockey team, and the Colorado Chill, a professional NWBL women's basketball team. In addition, the center will house concerts, rodeos, ice shows, convention and trade shows, family shows and other top-notch entertainment and attractions.

US Forest Service Visitor Center
Forest Service offices for the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland are located in Ft. Collins.
